Alexander Pochinok died

In the 57th year of life, politician Alexander Pochinok died. This was announced on Twitter by the editor -in -chief of Echo of Moscow Alexei Venediktov. “Sasha Pochinok passed away. Farewell to, friend. Rip,” Venediktov wrote.

Alexander Pochinok was born in 1958 in Chelyabinsk. In 1980 he graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the Chelyabinsk Polytechnic University.

In the 1990s, the repair was part of the State Duma of the first and second convocations. In 1997, he headed the State Tax Service, in 1999 - the Ministry of Taxes and Duties, from 2000 to 2004 he headed the Ministry of Labor and Social Development.

Since September 2012, he was invited to the host of the Fiscal program at the Echo of Moscow radio station.

In 2001-2008, the repair was a member of the Union of Right Forces, in 2012-2014 - the Civil Platform party. On October 27, 2012, at the Civil Platform Congress, he was elected to the Federal Party Committee.

In 2007-2011, the repair was a member of the Federation Council from the executive body of state power of the Krasnodar Territory. From January to July 2012 from the Perm Territory.
