The Russian military, who occupied the Crimea, did not allow the ex-chairman of the Majlis of the Crimean Tatars Mustafa Dzhemilev on the territory of the autonomy of the ex-chairman of the Majlis. According to UNIAN, Jamielev himself spoke about this at a press conference in the Ukrainian crisis media center.
Dzhemilev emphasized that "definitely, it will certainly be in the Crimea." In exactly the way he intends to get to the Crimea, if he was not allowed to his territory, Dzhemilev did not speak.
“What my actions will be if they don’t let me go there, even if it is a secret and a surprise for the occupation power. We will not give them the opportunity to prepare,” said the ex -chairman of the Mejlis.
Earlier, Gemielev, in an interview with the Frances, said that the results of the referendum on the status of the peninsula were falsified. According to him, no more than 1 percent of the Crimean Tatars participated in the vote, while the authorities of autonomy reported on their 30 percent appearances. Dzhemilev was also going to take part in the preparation of a separate referendum of the indigenous population of Crimea.
Before the referendum, Dzhemilev talked on the phone with Vladimir Putin. During the conversation, Dzhemilev called on the President of Russia to maintain the territorial integrity of Ukraine, and Putin in response said that he considers Ukraine's withdrawal from the USSR "not entirely legal."
