On Monday, March 24, in the Soviet District Court of Chelyabinsk (76 Yelkina St., Hall of 204), a sentence of the civil movement of the Southern Urals Igor Yudin will be announced, against whom the case of an attack on the TSPE operatives has been fabricated. Part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code (the application of non -hazardous violence to a representative of the authorities), Yudin threatens up to five years in prison.
The beginning of the meeting at 16:30. The process is conducted by Judge Clement Sutyan.
On March 19, the debate of the parties in the case of Yudin passed. The state prosecutor requested four years of a colony-settlement for the activist. As aggravating circumstances, the representative of the prosecutor's office called the defendant’s non -recognition of his guilt, as well as an attack on the TSPE operatives. Thus, the prosecutor qualified the entire composition of the crime imputed by Yudin as an aggravating circumstance.
Activist’s lawyer Andrei Lepakhin, for his part, insisted on the innocence of the client and demanded that Yudin are fully justified. The activist himself in the last word also refused to admit guilt.
“The performance of the lawyer Igor Yudin was successful at the trial,” the colleague of the civilian activist Taras Esakov told Znak.com the site. “Therefore, we expect that either the court will issue an acquittal or the punishment will be conditional.”
Meanwhile, lawyer Vasily Moskovets noted that Judge Sutyan did not analyze any evidence. “In general, his evidence (Yudin. - Ed.) There is no guilt, except for the testimony of the police who recalled the more and more scratches the day by day,” Moskovets explained. “Then a blow to the chest from Yudin appeared.” The lawyer approved the issues of Lopekhin’s lawyer, who asked during the hearing whether the activist’s drive was legitimate for interrogation in handcuffs and where the file from the service camcorder of the Central Bank’s operatives, transferred to him for responsible storage, went.
On July 23, 2013, the police tried to force Yudin for interrogation in the "Swamp case". They blocked the car’s car, in which he was with his wife, son-schoolboy and one-year-old daughter, and demanded to proceed with them. Yudin agreed, but said that he would poke the car at first. Then he was pulled by force from behind the steering wheel, put on handcuffs, wrapped their arms behind his back, and hit their faces hard on the hood. After that, the activist was taken for interrogation to the Soviet register of the TFR.
Yudin was not properly notified of the call for interrogation. In addition, the police did not have a court decision on the forced drive of a witness. The interrogation of the activist was carried out without a lawyer. Finally, Yudin took away a passport and made a photocopy from him. The activist’s story about detention and interrogation is published on YouTube (part one and second ).
After the interrogation, the activist turned to the emergency room, where he recorded the edema of his hands from heavily tightened handcuffs and a bruise on his face from a blow to the hood of the car.
The activist filed complaints in the TFR and the Prosecutor General’s Office on the fact of an illegal drive for interrogation. However, the actions of the police were recognized as legitimate, and the criminal case was brought against Yudin himself . Later it became known that the victims of the case were held by operatives of the regional CPE Ruskokov and Dubrovin.
According to human rights activists , the case against the activist was fabricated in order to avenge the publication of violations committed by law enforcement officers and an attempt to hold guilty.
On December 18, Yudin published an open letter to the Prosecutor General’s Office on his VKontakte page. He described in detail the bullying that he was subjected to in the Investigative Committee of the police officer Batin and the investigator named Gorelov, indicating that it was Gorelov, having seen bodily injuries from the activist, who invited the police to fabricate the case against him under the 318th article. He also demanded that Batin, Perekovokov, Dubrovin and Gorelov be held accountable for abuse of authority, and investigators of the Investigative Committee of Sender and Esipov, who conducted his case, and the prosecutor's office for covering the crime.
The trial of Yudin began in December . After the first meeting, the Moskovets noticed that the police "adhere to their versions at interrogations, only each time the number of strokes (allegedly inflicted by Yudin. - Ed.) Is increasing."
