The construction of the Safari Park "Podosinka", planned in Dmitrov near Moscow, can be transferred to Podolsky district. Now the area of the future entertainment cluster, where the center of attraction will be the park of wild animals, has been reduced four times. True, the authorities have not yet called investors who are ready to invest $ 163 and wait for the return of investment for more than 10 years. About this writes "Kommersant" .
The authorities of the Moscow Region are ready to create a safari park on an area of 160 hectares near the village of Romantsevo Podolsky district, Vadim Khromov, deputy minister of investment and innovation of the region, told the newspaper. The construction of recreational and entertainment facilities is planned for 50 hectares: a park of children's attractions, the theater of trained animals, a dolphinarium for two thousand spectators, a hotel for 120 rooms, a 500 seats, a cafe for one thousand seats, a wedding and entertainment complex, retail pavilions, 120 apartments for personnel. The Wild animal park itself is planned to be placed on 110 hectares belonging to the forest fund.
- In the suburbs, it is also planned to build a religious and entertainment park
After the project has been approved, the authorities put up the right to take the land to the auction, said Khromov, not calling interested participants, the right to rent land under the Safari Park.
The market experts surveyed by the newspaper evaluate the market value of land in Romantsevo at three to four thousand dollars per hundredth. That is, for all 160 hectares diverted under the safari park, potential investors will pay from $ 48 million to $ 64 million. The creation of a center of attraction as a safari park will allow you to master nearby territories, but it will be difficult for the authorities to find an investor, since the payback of such a project exceeds 10 years, analysts note. According to their estimates, only to keep the safari park itself will have to spend about $ 10 million a year.
Meanwhile, the authors of the project expect that “boletus” will visit 2 million people a year, the cost of the input ticket can amount to $ 12 for a child and $ 18 per adult. It will take six years to master the entire territory of the future park (the project can be completed by 2020) and $ 163 million.
