The Ministry of Industry and Trade has prepared a draft decree of a government prohibiting state medical institutions to purchase imported equipment. The “black list” includes tomographs, mammographs, blood transfusion devices, hem substitutes and infusion solutions, various dental equipment, newborn incubators, nasal respiratory support for newborns, defibrillers, as well as antiseptic alcohol napkins, or with the content of drugs, wound lean syringes, injection needles.

In an interview with Izvestia, he stated that we mainly show American films that propagate stereotypes, national interests and values of the United States.
Such measures will not lead to any development of Russian industry. Soviet practice, when we imported almost nothing, and sought to satisfy most of the needs of our own production, did not lead to the heyday of industry and the production of mass consumer goods - quite the opposite. And the greed of citizens of the former Soviet Union has grown so much to foreign goods that it still does not know the limit. That is why we cannot realize what we produce ourselves, even those goods that are not inferior as imported. So any attempt to close the economy is not just not useful, but causes direct damage, and if something is carried out, then this should be done individually. The intervention of the State Duma in such issues is completely unnecessary.
Why do we even become more autonomous? We just have to produce and export more good goods than now. In the same way as we sell oil, gas and grain, we must sell goods produced in the manufacturing industry. And for this you need to study, study and study, gain experience. It is necessary that by the middle of the XXI century, there are Russian -made products in the market of first -class goods forming the border of technological progress. For us, this is the number one task.
The problem is that during the Soviet Union, with the exception of a number of products, such as missiles, atomic bombs and other products of the defense industry, we never had the experience of mass production of first -class competitive goods. This art should now be mastered, it is well known to our military, but quite bad, or maybe at all not known to Russian business in a wide way. It should be noted that we produce 70% of food for ourselves and annually export about 20 million tons of grain, and do not import 40 million tons, as it was in the Soviet period. So to say that we are not capable of anything at all, is not worth it. Another thing is that this does not happen - they adopted the law and the economy immediately adjusted to it. The economy is not always ready to respond to directives.
