Kosenko appeal: psychiatric hospital indefinitely
On October 8, the judge of the Zamoskvoretsky district court Lyudmila Moskalenko found Kosenko guilty. In connection with the disease, the judge freed him from liability and sent him for treatment to a general psychiatric hospital . According to the prosecution, on May 6, 2012, Kosenko participated in the "riots" on Bolotnaya Square and caused bodily harm to the riot police Alexander Kazmin. Kosenko in his last word emphasized the political character of the "swamp business". He asked the court to consider him sane.
