The Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation has prepared versions of approximate programs for training drivers. According to the texts of the new programs that Izvestia refer to, future drivers will have to know not only the basics of driving a vehicle, but also how to calm dissatisfied movement participants on the road and how social status affects the driving style. They will get acquainted with these skills by listening to the course "The psychophysical foundations of the driver's activity."
The course is divided into several sections and topics. Firstly, future drivers will have to go through two classes in the section "Cognitive functions, perception systems and psychomotor skills." During two theoretical classes, students will talk about attention, memory, thinking, reasons for distraction during driving and the influence of age and gender differences on the formation of motor skills when driving a car.
Next, a double -elected cycle will follow the topic of the ethical foundations of the driver's activity. Listeners will explain why you need to learn to drive a car, how to motivate yourself to success and avoid failures in life, what is the definition of a person’s values, and will also explain how social status and environment affect the style of driving a car. Drivers will also explain the “Fundamentals of effective communication”, within the framework of which the styles of communication will be shown and the characteristics of verbal and non -verbal means of communication will be shown.
At the next step, drivers will learn to "hold themselves in their hands." The course "Emotional state and prevention of conflicts" is aimed at analyzing conflict situations on the road, clarifying the reasons for hostility among drivers. Also in the driving schools they will be acquainted with various types of thinking and changes in the driver’s behavior after drinking alcohol, medicines and other substances.
At the end of the “Psychology” course, students will have to go through several practical trials for self -regulation and prevention of conflicts, where future drivers will solve situational tasks to assess the mental state of the interlocutor, play conflict situations on the roads, curse, and then put up.
Other innovations: category "M", reduced "first aid", etc.
These are not the only changes that have occurred in preparatory programs. In the subject "Fundamentals of Driving Transport", the first time will be proposed to study the principles of environmentally friendly and economical transport vehicles, as well as such issues as ensuring the safety of the most vulnerable road users, and children's passenger safety.
The changes also affected the staff of driving schools, for whom qualification requirements were prescribed in the new rules.
The mandatory course "First Aid", according to the new approximate programs for the training of drivers, will be a third less. Now, instead of 24 hours of practice and theory, there will be only 16.
For the first time, individual training norms for the “M” category are introduced - a moped or scooter, which can be obtained from 16 years old. To do this, schoolchildren will have to go through 100 hours of theoretical classes and hit 16-18 hours of practice. There are also special subcategories for minors in categories "B" (cars) and "C" (trucks and buses), in which to comprehend the basics of driving is allowed upon reaching 16 years.
Separately, within the framework of the standards for the main categories, the requirements for the new subcateurs were formulated: "A1" (low -power motorcycles), "B1" (tricycles and ATVs), "C1" (weighing more than 3.5 tons), "D1" (passenger transportation) and "C1E", "D1E". The subcategory "C1e" and "D1e" provide the opportunity to drive vehicles of categories "C1" and "D1" with trailers, the mass of which exceeds 750 kg.
