Together with the norms of the TRP, “political information” returns to Russian schools: the so -called explanatory lessons about Crimea will be held there. The correspondent of "faces" tried to find out in the Ministry of Education and Science, who, on the basis of what information, will formulate recommendations about these lessons. In response, we sent a comment by Deputy Minister Veniamin Kaganov :
“By the middle of the next week, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation will prepare recommendations for special lessons for schoolchildren and students explaining the current situation in the Crimea. At the same time, the leaders of schools and universities can independently determine the format of such a lesson: it can be a separate history of history and conversation in extracurricular hours. The conversation on this topic is another step towards the formation of civil self -awareness of the child” (spelling and spelling and spelling and spelling and spelling and spelling and spelling and spelling and spelling and spelling and spelling and spelling and spelling and spelling Punctuation is preserved.
Meanwhile, activists of United Russia did not wait for the recommendations of the ministry. So, on March 25, the “We together” lesson held in Ryazan school No. 51 the first deputy head of the party faction in the State Duma Nikolai Bulaev - as part of the “Promotion of United Russia” for the exercise of the reunification of Russia and Crimea, ”the party’s website reported. On March 27, at the Samara Law Institute, this action “We Together” will continue the member of the Presidium of the Secretary General of the Party Alexander Hinshtein.
Recommendations for conducting the lessons "We Together" for "United Russia" developed, apparently, the Methodical Center of the Department of Education of Moscow. At least, on the center of the center, you can find out that its methodologists have prepared material for conducting classrooms on the topic "We are together" devoted to the reunification of Crimea with Russia.
"The referendum (on the status of Crimea. - Ed.) Passed in full accordance with democratic procedures and international legal norms - we read on the website of the Methodological Center. - more than 82% of voters took part in the vote. More than 96% spoke for reunification with Russia."
Not a word that the international community, Crimean Tatars and independent journalists consider the referendum illegal , and its results are falsified, there is no on the site.
In the “ Historical Help to help class teachers ”, which was drawn up by the Methodists of the Center, it is said that in November 2013 - February 2014 “a political crisis broke out in Ukraine” that “against the backdrop of mass riots and bloody clashes of law enforcement forces with protesting opposition in Kiev, the President of Ukraine was removed from power by opposition and left the country, turning for help to Russia, calling for it, calling for it, calling for it. Provide the protection of his life and security. " The certificate also says that on March 11, the Supreme Council of Crimea adopted a declaration of the independence of Crimea "amid the growing destabilization of the political situation and an increase in the criminal situation in Ukraine, trying to overcome the crisis" ...
As additional materials, the Center’s specialists propose to take advantage of the appeal of President Vladimir Putin to the Federation Council on March 18, 2014, the crossword on the “Travel to the Crimea” and the numbared “Peninsula of Crimea”.

The author of the Russian history manuals, the teacher of the Moscow gymnasium No. 1543 Leonid Katskva told the faces that he saw in the lessons of "United Russia" signs of violation of Russian legislation. According to paragraph 12 of Article 27 of the Law on Education, the activities of political parties are not allowed in state and municipal educational organizations.
- Conducting open lessons by deputies of United Russia, from my point of view, does not fit into the framework of the law. Political parties have no right to act in schools. As for the recommendations of the Ministry of Education that have not yet been published, it is easy to guess what they will be. I am waiting for them with pessimism. At the same time, their appearance will be logical: schools are mainly state, through them the state is expected to take their positions.
On the one hand, this is natural, on the other hand, Article 29 of the Constitution of Russia guarantees freedom of speech, thoughts and information, thus protecting the child from being imposed on him allegedly the only true official point of view.
On the third party, most teachers will rather follow recommendations: like most of our fellow citizens, they perceive events in Crimea with pleasure. The presentation of different opinions - the position of the Crimean Tatars, for example, depends solely on the good will of the teacher. Fortunately, the formation of a student depends not only on the recommendations, teachers and lessons of United Russia.

With Leonid Katsva Solidarna Honored Teacher of Russia, teacher of the history of the Moscow gymnasium No. 1567 Tamara Eidelman :
- Both the lessons in the Crimea, and the return of the TRUs are terrible. The soviet cult of power returns. The horror is that about Crimea many teachers are happy to sincerely tell everything about the fascists who allegedly seized power in Ukraine. If this were ordered to me, I would make a set of different sources-for example, from some program of Dmitry Kiselev (although he will get in the same way) and some article by Arkady Babchenko. I would analyze the sources for identifying propaganda and lies. Everything speaks for itself.
Best of all, says Tamara Eidelman, it would be "to disperse everyone who gives such orders."
- But for lack of such an opportunity, it is necessary to develop critical thinking in children, the ability to analyze sources, that is, to work with information, this is the only way they can protect themselves from a stream of lies.

Director of the Institute for Sociology of Education of the Russian Academy of Education, Academician of RAO Vladimir Sobkin is alarmed to inspire schoolchildren that they are in the ring of enemies.
- Of course, with the child it is necessary to talk about what is happening in the world and the country. Opinions about events in Crimea are very contradictory. The child in one way or another hears everything and feels a desire to understand this contradictory and different evaluated "information plot". It is impossible to get away from this conversation. A series of children's questions will not allow.
The problem is that they will answer. About twenty years ago, I wrote the book "High Schoolkeeper in the World of Politics." It says that practical politics is in one way or another by teachers who are one on one with a new generation and speak with it on behalf of society. The education of a whole generation depends on how conscientious and moral the teacher is in evaluating events, and not on any methodological recommendations. It seems to me that most teachers approve of what happened in Crimea. They will say this. But it is worth remembering: the child cannot be imposed on the point of view. He feels a lie. As for the TRP - the TRP norms are actually not very complicated, and it may be useful today, and it is useful, since the physical education of children is at a very low level. But the word "defense" confuses. They actually say to the child: we are at a siege.
The Commissioner for the Rights of the Child in Moscow , Yevgeny Bunimovich, told the correspondent of the "faces" that he has no about the situation of "not the slightest concept," and hung up.
