The US Presidential Administration Barack Obama published a plan for the abandonment of the National Security agency (ANB) to track telephone conversations, reports Reuters .

The plan provides for the preliminary permission of the court to issue data before the direct appeal to the telephone company with such a request. However, the document, which will now submit the congress, allows the government, if necessary, in the interests of national security, request data from telephone formations on the previous grounds, that is, without any judicial order.

According to the document, telephone companies will have to provide such data as soon as possible.
