The Crimean government has decided to introduce a moratorium on the issuance of land and privatization of republican property, First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic Rustam Temirgaliyev announced on his Facebook page on Friday morning.

According to Temirgaliev, the moratorium will remain in effect until the approval of the master plan for the development of the territory of Crimea, which should be developed by the Ministry of Regional Development and the Ministry of Construction of Russia together with Crimean departments by April 25. “There will be no more chaotic development of Crimea, including coastal territories,” wrote the First Deputy Prime Minister of Crimea.

Temirgaliev also said that specialists who participated in planning the development of the Olympic Sochi are already working in Crimea.

A referendum was held in Crimea and Sevastopol on March 16, in which the majority of the population voted in favor of joining Russia. On March 18, an agreement was signed in the Kremlin on the entry of Crimea and Sevastopol into Russia as subjects. The next day, Russian President Vladimir Putin introduced relevant bills to the State Duma. The lower and upper houses of parliament approved the bills, and Putin signed them on March 21.

Bloomberg , reported on March 26, citing sources, that the government estimated the cost of supporting Crimea and Sevastopol at 100-130 billion rubles, and taking into account the increase in salaries and pensions - at 260 billion. The Vedomosti newspaper, citing sources in the Ministry of Finance wrote , the entire anti-crisis budget reserve on Crimea that it was decided to spend , which included the frozen pension savings of Russians. This amount is 243 billion rubles. One of the newspaper's interlocutors did not rule out that this would not be enough. Later on Thursday, the Interfax agency , citing a source in the government's social bloc, reported that the issue of freezing pension savings as an additional opportunity to finance the integration of Crimea is not being discussed.
