In his letter, Uneneros notes that in Russia in recent years, "a frightening tendency with a variety of offenses, one way or another associated with the threat of social morality and traditional Russian values, has been identified. The Milonov police police would allow this trend to turn this trend.
The deputy calls the tasks of the structure to be helped by problematic and dysfunctional families, the prevention of child crime, supervision of citizens leading an antisocial lifestyle, the fight against prostitution and the "promotion of homosexuality", as well as illegal gambling establishments.
Also, to the competence of the police, Uneneros proposes to attribute issues of interaction between the state and religious associations, cases of "insulting the feelings of believers" and the fight against totalitarian sects.
"The creation of the morals of morals should ultimately be associated with the subsequent tightening of the Criminal Code and the criminalization of a number of articles of the Code of Administrative Offenses," the Milonov letter also said.
At the end of March, Milonov, in an interview with elephant, called the Crimean Tatars pigs , "breaking the throats of the money of Turkey," "really supported Hitler in the war," and "grandchildren of Hitler skins." He noted that he would like to give the Crimean Tatars "in the snout."
The deputy also allowed a number of insults against Ukrainians and Turks. Speaking of these peoples, in particular, he used expressions such as “crazy goats”, “goats from the center of Ukraine”, “morons with mandolins”, “Turkish fascist faces”.
Senator-Dinosoros Konstantin Dobrynin sent a letter to General Prosecutor General of Yuri Chaik demanding that Milonov’s statements are checked for extremism. According to Dobrynin, these remarks incite interethnic discord.
