This was reported by RIA "Novosti" with reference to the head of the capital's department of the FSSP Alexander Stebakov.

"At the moment, production is not over by them. Service employees are working with their lawyers. Questions about the recovery of debts from them have not been removed," Stebakov said. He emphasized that the process of collecting debts continues.

On January 23, the Presidium of the Supreme Court decided to release Lebedev from the colony, reducing him the term of up to 10 years already left for 6 months 22 days. The punishment was mitigated by Khodorkovsky - up to 10 years 7 months. Behind both defendants, the right to rehabilitation was recognized. In addition, the Presidium of the Armed Forces considered the maintenance of Lebedev in a pre-trial detention center during the investigation and the court in the first case of Yukos in 2004-2005.

At the same time, the court refused to cancel the tax penalty appointed in the first case of the Yukos. “The defense will continue to use all legal mechanisms to achieve the abolition of these illegal claims,” said Khodorkovsky lawyers. “At least because their presence does not give Mikhail Borisovich the opportunity to come to Russia.”

On December 20, Khodorkovsky was pardoned by the decree of President Vladimir Putin and was released. On the same day, he flew to Germany. On March 30, Khodorkovsky received a residence permit in Switzerland.

On November 21, the Supreme Court rejected the request of the Commissioner for Human Rights Vladimir Lukin to partially change the sentence of Khodorkovsky and Lebedev. The court recognized the recovery of 17 billion rubles by the first sentence in terms of civil lawsuit.

On September 26, the Ombudsman appealed to the Judicial Collegium for Criminal Cases of the Supreme Court with a petition to change the verdict in the manner of supervisory proceedings . "I ask you to change the verdict of the Meshchansky court of Moscow in the unit regarding the claim of the Federal Tax Service against Khodorkovsky and Lebedev to pay taxes, refusing to satisfy it," the complaint of Lukin said.
