At least 6 people were killed, 900 thousand were evacuated, infrastructure was destroyed, and about 300 dangerous recidivists fled from one of the female prisons. An earthquake of magnitude 8.2 occurred on the evening of April 1 at 20 hours 46 minutes of local time (2 hours 46 minutes of the night on April 2 by Moscow time) 86 kilometers north-west of
