
Russian woman Yana Strizheus, the victim and the main witness in the case of abduction on the Thai Island of Phuket, left home to Vladivostok. According to RIA Novosti , she was accompanied by her friend Alexei Slabinsky, who also missed at Phuket.
Slabinsky and Strizhus from Vladivostok, who arrived on the island last summer, since March 7 stopped in touch after a call to friends in Primorye with a request to occupy 100 thousand dollars allegedly due to troubles with the Thai police. Strizheus was found on March 16 in one of the hotels of Phuket bloodied, unconscious and with cuts in the arms and on the neck. During interrogation in the police, the girl said that they were abducted by acquaintances who were engaged in the island of illegal usury. The abductors demanded through the Slabinsky money from his relatives in Primorye. According to the local press, Slabinsky was killed in front of his girlfriend.
Earlier it was reported that the police really managed to find a strongly decomposed corpse of a man in the forest in the Cheng Thale area. A forensic medical examination is currently being conducted to establish the personality of the deceased. According to the Russian Embassy in Thailand, the relatives of Slabinsky identified the clothes of the missing person on the remains.
If experts confirm these testimonies, then in relation to the Russian Alexander Novichkov and Ukrainian Alexander Boychuk, they will open a new production in relation to the Russian case, this time about the murder. Men are already suspected of illegal deprivation of liberty, extortion and attempt to rape.
On Friday, Strizheus gave testimony in the provincial criminal court of Phuket. After that, the judge allowed her to return to Russia.
