Judges of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation leave the meeting room
April 1, Tuesday
In the Moscow City Court on the process in the “Udaltsov -Razvoszhaev case”, Judge Alexander Zamashnyuk removed Sergey Udaltsov from the court of the defendant to the end of the reservoir. Udaltsov, who was brought to the meeting, despite the fact that he had a sick leave, asked him to call an ambulance. Arriving doctors said that the defendant could participate in the process. After some time, after the ambulance left, Udaltsov again asked to call the doctors. Judge Zamashnyuk removed him from the meeting room.

The Moscow City Hall refused to coordinate the “March of Pravda”, outlined by the Committee of protest actions on April 13. Officials did not arrange a route of the procession. The organizers asked for permission to hold a march along the boulevards from Turgenevskaya to Pushkinskaya Square. The city hall invited them to go along Sakharov Square. After the city hall refused, the organizers decided to arrange a rally on Sakharov Square and turn it into a performance with awarding awards in several nominations, in particular, “God's dew”, “on a blue eye”, “lies like breathing”. The expert and scene councils included writers Lev Rubinstein, Dmitry Bykov and political analyst Georgy Satarov.
The Constitutional Court of Russia refused to consider the complaint of Alexei Navalny. The politician disputed the norm of the Code of Criminal Procedure, allowing the police to inspect the premises on the basis of a “report of a crime”, that is, a simple phone call. Navalny's complaint is related to the search, which was carried out in May 2013 at his headquarters in Kirov, when leaflets were seized “for Navalny!”
April 4, Friday
The State Duma in the first reading adopted a bill on criminal liability for public rehabilitation of Nazism. One of the authors of this document, deputy Irina Yarovaya, stated that such a law is necessary that "no one and no one could reject and refute the main and undeniable historical conclusion that during the Great Patriotic War and World War II the USSR defendant, and our people were the expanded people." The bill provides for a fine of up to 500 thousand rubles or imprisonment of up to five years.
