According to the news agency, the specialists of the new SEC division will analyze how exactly private investment funds evaluate their assets, according to what principles they charge a fee for their services, as well as how they interact with their depositors. The actions of the commission are primarily aimed at increasing the transparency of the work of private investment structures.
It is assumed that the SEC will increase the number of employees of employees by 316 people. Now a total of 450 employees are performed in the commission in the commission. At the same time, since 2010, there is a special group specializing in investigations in the field of asset management.
