Meanwhile, the director of Mayak OJSC Mikhail Gali assures that all permissions for the construction were in order, and public hearings were held in early spring 2013 in full hall. “There was not a single statement against,” the entrepreneur assured. “This is all recorded in the protocol.”

According to Galia, back in May 2012, the city prosecutor’s office was checked by the legality of privatization of the “lighthouse”, and the activists were provided with the appropriate notification. “The stadium as it was, will remain,” says Mikhail Gali. When asked how the transport problem will be solved, Galiy replied that this is the case of the city authorities: "I think that the city, when it gives permission to build, somehow plans the transport issue. Maybe the authorities have already made the relevant decisions. We are not doing this."

Meanwhile, according to Galia, he personally signed an agreement on the provision of 4.5 thousand square meters of living space to the Khimcans from dilapidated and emergency housing. But the inhabitants of Khimki do not believe in such promises, considering them a plausible cover of commercial interests. “They say that with the help of this residential complex, the Old Skhodny fund will resettle,” one of the participants in the picket notes. “There are no documents on this subject. Skhodnens did not even hear that they would be given apartments here.”

It's funny, but the area of ​​this extension is seen by the administration of the gymnasium even more than the elite school itself - 6684 square meters. It is planned to place training classes, a dining room, a room of extended day, a library, assembly and sports halls.

Recently, this project was submitted to public hearings. And then people learned that they want to place the extension in the landscaped territory of public, which is very valid by the residents of the quarter, where the development is dense, and there are almost no nature islands. There was a huge number that were configured against this project - and the inhabitants almost had no doubt that according to the results of the public hearing, it was "wrapped". But they miscalculated - there were more signatures for ".

However, meticulous residents doubted the authenticity of the results of public hearings. Indeed, a lot of "dead souls" were discovered among the approving project.
