Sutuga spent more than a year in a pre -trial detention center. The investigation admitted that Alexei had nothing to do with the episode 4 - he was not at the scene. Alexei did not deny that he was in the air club on December 17, but denied participation in the beating of the guards. The case was discontinued under an amnesty in January 2014, in the summer of 2013, Sutugu was released from a pre -trial detention center on bail.
