One thousand instead of ten

Regarding how to relate to a fine of 1000 rubles. It is important to understand that those people who were designed with me were chosen by 10,000 (the minimum sanction under this article). So in any case, my result is a huge success. Moreover, I defended myself - as the unforgettable Valery Abramkin taught us, a citizen must be able to defend himself on his own. I built my protection on the presumption of innocence and the fact that there was not enough evidence in the case (it was not proven that the rally was not agreed, it was not proved that it was a rally in understanding the rallies' law), while I did not deny that I was there and that I came there on purpose. Formally speaking, the judge should not have justified me, but should have returned the case - and they would undoubtedly get all the evidence if they had time.

Her decision was a compromise: an acquittal of an emergency for her, the cancellation of a decision in a higher instance, too, and she guessed that this bore would appeal, if that. Therefore, she appointed 1000 - and here it is also necessary to understand that the decision of the Constitutional Court, which I referred to, allows the appointment under this article a punishment below the lower, but 10 times lower than a minimum - this is, in essence, a refusal to punish. I will not appeal the decision, not only from laziness, but also essentially.

The new law on rallies is monstrous, repressive and anti -constitutional, but if all the papers were neatly collected, it would have the right to appoint 10,000 under this law.
And here the question arises - is it worth fighting at all in a particular court session, if the problem is in the law itself (well, the cops are simulated smoothly to write pieces of paper - so what?)? It seems to me worth it. It’s not a matter of 9,000 saved. Just the Poles at one time correctly found two keywords for life in a situation in which we are now: resistance and solidarity.
