The human factor is the concept of capacious, multifaceted, but its essence is reduced to the conscious, creative participation of each member of society in political and public life.
In the complex hierarchy of objective factors, overcoming the indifference of people to political and public life, the leading place belongs to socio-economic changes. That is, the development of the productive forces of society, increasing the well -being of workers, and improving the entire set of social relations. The social pressure of the working masses seems to be the complete helplessness of their blindness of capitalism, which cause a thousand times more suffering, the most wild torment of an ordinary worker daily and every time, than any outgoing events like wars and earthquakes. In the conditions of the element of the capitalist market, neither a hired worker nor a small owner is safe from a sudden unexpected random ruin, death, and transformation into a beggar. Not safe from starvation. The introduction of state ownership of fixed assets in the production sector in metallurgy, energy, transport, the extraction of minerals, forests, and the establishment of state control over them will put an end to the domination of the elements in economic relations, and with it the uncertainty of the individual in the future.

Social, as well as legal equality, must eliminate the political indifference of a person, eliminate or reduce the polarization of society on the property and the poor - the deepest source of the alienation of the masses. The socialization of the largest means of production, as well as minerals and the land and the introduction of the planned system will arrange an individual, and with it the society, by means of monitoring economic, and therefore political forces that will not act in relation to people as a stranger, and therefore hostile, beginning. Violation of the principle of distribution causes serious damage to social justice, gives rise to a negative assessment of what is happening in the masses, which explains bribery, bureaucracy, money -grubbing, as well as production and domestic conflicts. Under certain conditions, they can contribute to the emergence of a social explosion, which in turn will perform a brake in the development of society. The contradiction is inherent in society at any stage of development, but the essence of the problem is that not every contradiction can act as a brake of the development of society, only that which has not found timely resolution. How can such factors as dependence on the location of the authorities, the distribution of goods, regardless of invested labor, can contribute to the development of society, when the solution of a number of quiet and a number of other similar issues becomes the prerogative of a narrow circle of people who sometimes abuse the authorities of the authorities. A violation of the principle of material interest also has its negative role. Without receiving a sustainable salary, a person is forced to look for other sources of income, often criminal, or random in nature and not guaranteeing welfare.

Having found out that the main reasons for the preservation of human alienation are social in nature, we logically come to the conclusion that the sources of indifferent to political and social life will cease to exist when society overcome “social weakness”. The achievement of this qualitatively new stage of development will be a logical result of socio-economic changes in society. As the improvement of the social organism develops, the humanism of the structures of its components will proportionally increase in each member of society. The sense of social security is the deep basis of the individual’s psychological comfort, the firm foundation of his social optimism. Involving masses in the complex process of social creativity, lifting everyone to the level of “state man”, we can achieve the harmony of the interests of society and personality. We will form a sense of responsibility and involvement in all members of the society, which will objectively lead to positive results in a worldview plan. Indifferentity in worldview issues is fraught with the fact that under certain circumstances it can serve as a prerequisite for the massive occurrence of an anti -social element, and in the end result may threaten the loss of statehood. The results of numerous social studies revealed a certain relationship between participation in social production and their worldview. Labor can act as a means of social expression, but not every work has a positive impact on the formation of an active life position, but only the one that brings welfare, a sense of joy, and satisfaction. Psychologists' satisfaction with labor attribute to the necessary components of that emotional background, without the creation of which the development of the community of people does not occur. The work is forced, slave, whether it is a form of direct coercion, at an early stage of human development, or hidden economic in the system of capitalist operation, is perceived by the subject of production as alien to him, which is alien to him and cannot, therefore, fully exercise his function. Thus, the involvement of the masses in the social and political life of society will bring the social stability of the state in addition to material stability.
