Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the appointment of Anton Kobyakov by the new adviser to the head of state. This was reported by the Kremlin press service .

“To appoint Anton Anatolyevich Kobyakov as an adviser to the President of the Russian Federation, relieving him from his position,” the press release said. The record explains that this decree comes into force from the day of its signing.

Before the appointment of Kobyaks, since November 2012, he was headed by the office of the President of the Russian Federation. The main function of this body is the organization of documentation service of the country's leader.
