The police of the Donetsk region asks citizens not to visit the Orthodox Assumption Svyatogorsk Lavra, located in the city of Svyatogorsk, Donetsk region on Easter days. This was reported in the public relations department of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine for the region.

The report notes that in the bright resurrection a large number of believers attend worship in the Lavra. "However, given the current troubled stop in the city of Slavyansk and the Slavic district, we ask citizens not to visit holy places and religious buildings in these settlements on Easter days before stabilizing the situation," the island of the circulation of Donetsk law enforcement officers quoted the site.

As already reported , in Slavyansk, located next to Svyatogorsky, about a thousand armed separatists, after the seizure of the police department, erected barricades. Currently, an anti -terrorist operation is underway in this area.
