Then he was detained on a silver tinted "top ten". In the back pocket of the driver's seat of the car, the certificate of an assistant to a deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation V.I. Cherepkov was seized. in the name of Dzhabrail Makhmudov and four mobile phones. In one of the phones there is an addressee Seryoga Boom - this is how Khadzhikurbanov is written. And the number "Pavel" - as the investigation will later establish, is the number of an FSB officer Pavel Ryaguzov, a friend of Khadzhikurbanov.

To the question of Musaev's lawyer, the defendant Makhmudov replied that he was not actually an assistant to the deputy, it was just that during the election campaign such certificates were given to all students who collected signatures. At that time (2007), Jabrail was a student at Moscow State University of Civil Engineering. As for the powers of attorney, the defendant explained that they belonged to different people, since he did not have his own car. And he did not drive the blue-green four in 2006, although he had documents for it. (During his interrogation on Tuesday, he claimed otherwise.)

Further, the jury was shown the protocol of the search dated August 23, 2007, which was carried out in a house in the city of Dobryanka, Perm Region, where Sergei Khadzhikurbanov lived at that time. Among other things, a mobile phone was seized - among the subscribers in the notebook are Dzhabrail Makhmudov and again Pavel Ryaguzov and his wife. An outgoing call from Gaytukaev to a subscriber whose number is recorded by Dzhabrail Makhmudov and Sergey Khadzhikurbanov as Pavel Ryaguzov.

They also investigated the response of the Federal Penitentiary Service that from October 1 to October 7, the Makhmudov brothers did not transmit transmissions to the Butyrka pre-trial detention center (Novoslobodskaya street, not far from Lesnaya street, where the murder took place). That is, the explanations of the defendants that they actually could have been in Butyrka these days, and not near the house of Anna Politkovskaya, are not consistent.

The defendants immediately found that near Butyrka there are always grandmothers who can be paid a hundred rubles and they will stand in line and make transfers in their own name. (And they stand for an hour and a half on Lesnaya on the day of the murder, apparently also grandmothers).

Then they investigated the details of the connections of the witness Oleg Golubovich. During interrogation last week, the defendant Khadzhikurbanov said that, in his opinion, the employees of Pavlyuchenkova Golubovich and Ogly could be involved in the murder of Anna Politkovskaya: they called up on the day of the murder. Considered calls and base stations, in the zone of which there was a subscriber. On October 7, 2006, from 00:00 to 12:37, the phone was in Lyubertsy, where Golubovich lived. At 13.06 - on Vostryakovsky passage, at 14.10 - Kirovoradskaya street. At 14.22 connection with Pavlyuchenkov - one of the subscribers is located on Kirovogradskaya street, the other - in the village of Tomilino. It's all far from Lesnaya Street. At 15.49 - the phone is in the zone of the base station of the Leninsky district, at 19.40 - again in the Lyuberetsky district.

Then they listened to the telephone conversations of Dzhabrail Makhmudov dated August 5, 2007. The conversation was in Chechen. Prosecutor Semenenko read out the transcript. From fragmentary phrases it is clear that we are talking about shadowing a certain person.

Jabrail tells the unknown person that the object left by car, behaves cautiously. The unknown advises: "Parrot him, come and say" what are the words of a thief to you? Last chance for you!" Press him down with your talk!"

In another conversation with an unknown person, Dzhabrail Makhmudov discusses the proposal: “There he will be with a heifer, she has five thousand dollars in her. We need to take away her purse and phone. are you coming?" - "I'll come," Jabrail agrees.

In a conversation on August 6, 2007, Dzhabrail and a certain Zorik discuss plans: "We need to drive up to the street when he goes to and from work, we need to hurt a little."

Jabrail says that Zorik is his criminal Armenian acquaintance. According to another version, this is his older brother Anzor.

On August 7, 2007, Jabrail calls an unknown person: "Carefully! Are you where your eyes can't see? It's clear then. Look and do it carefully."

On the same day, a conversation with a certain Timur.

Timur: - We need two Chechens.

Jabrail: I will take Tamerlane and Magomed with me.

Timur: We need to arrange a theater there, scare a little, extras are needed.

And the last conversation, the transcript of which was read out in court, was the conversation between Lom-Ali Gaytukaev and his nephew Ibragim Makhmudov on March 30, 2007. At this time, Gaytukaev is in a pre-trial detention center, so the conversation on the phone is on an abstract topic - about fish.

According to the prosecutors, it is about Khadzhikurbanov, who was just imprisoned. And he threw up a job - the murder of Politkovskaya. Khadzhikurbanov claimed that he met Ibragim only in court.

The defendants' version of the prosecutors is expectedly denied. "It's not me," Khpdzhikurbanov said. And Gaytukaev explained that he meant his friend from Krasnodar, Sergei Bogdanov, who was engaged in auto parts (!). And that he was imprisoned to squeeze out the business. True, Gaitukaev could not remember exactly when ...

Then the defense decided to interrogate Vera Politkovskaya. Lawyers asked Anna Politkovskaya's daughter rather lengthy questions about whether her mother told her when she went to the store and who could know about Anna Politkovskaya's schedule. Vera replied that she did not inform and she did not know who could know about the schedule. Lawyer Musaev voiced a fragment of Vera's interrogation, where she says that it is strange for her that her mother went to Ramstore on Frunzenskaya - there are shops closer.
