Today, April 16, the International Conference “Development of Design and Construction Technologies Technologies” was opened in Moscow: from an idea to reality. ” The conference is organized by the largest engineering company of the nuclear industry of Russia - OJSC Atomenergoproekt (Moscow). The main goal of the event is to create a new site for the exchange of experience of specialists of leading companies of the nuclear industry and related sectors in the field of development and implementation of modern design, design, and management of the construction of complex engineering facilities. Turning to the conference participants, the acting general director of OJSC Atomenergoproekt Leonid Egorov noted that the success of engineering companies on the market depends on the joint efforts of designers, designers, equipment manufacturers, specialists in the field of information technology, and the basis for optimal solutions is a constant dialogue and exchange of experience. “We hope that our conference will serve to strengthen productive cooperation between Russian organizations and our foreign partners, and the solutions found during the discussions will become the basis for the successful long -term development of all participating companies,” Leonid Egorov emphasized.
Pavel Alekseev , Director of the Institute of Promising Energy Technologies of the KCAS NIC "Kurchatov Institute":
In order to ensure energy security, both in the world and in Russian energy, it is necessary to create a stable core that is not sensitive to destabilizing factors. Of the existing technological capabilities, nuclear energy satisfies these requirements to the greatest extent. Nuclear energy can play a stabilizing role precisely in transitional periods and in crisis situations due to the high level of its independence from the nature of the production and production of fuel. It should be noted that nuclear energy is not yet a finally formed system with the established structure, and the emerging idea of the “maturity” of this new energy technology is premature. The holistic infrastructure necessary for the sustainable development of nuclear energy in Russia is not yet fully created, including the closing of the fuel cycle, the expansion of the scope of the use of nuclear energy in various areas of non -electrical use, regulatory framework and legal support.
The investment attractiveness of nuclear power sources should be increased due to the reduction of specific capital costs, reducing the construction of power units, expanding the scope of their use, including hydrogen production, motor fuel from coal and viscous oil, industrial and communal heat, fresh water, isotopic products. In solving the problem of increasing the investment attractiveness of the Nuclear Energy of AEP and the international conference “Development of design and structure technology organized by him: from ideas to reality” should play an important role. The developers of nuclear power units need to have a set of technical solutions that allow using modern design technologies to quickly satisfy the requirements of consumers (customers).
In the XXI century, the number of conferences with a wide coverage of topics and directions in our area increased sharply. International Conference “Development of Design and Construction Technologies: From Ideas to Reality” can become a noticeable phenomenon if it can concentrate on specific steps to increase the investment attractiveness of nuclear power units and on methodological developments that allow you to select innovative technical solutions at their initial stage of study, as well as the possibility of a quantitative assessment of the influence of promising nuclear technologies on other industries.
In recent years, at the Kurchatov Institute, the Kurchatov Institute, the OKB "Hydropress" and OJSC Atomenergoproekt, work has been carried out to find the possibilities of increasing the investment attractiveness of promising corps energy reactor technologies with a water coolant (super-VVER), including work in a closed nuclear fuel cycle. The subject of super-vvar has two independent, definite and structured directions: evolutionary and innovative.
The direction of the innovative development of corps reactors with an easy-up coolant of supercritical parameters, called the VVER-SSD. This is an independent reactor direction, which has a number of general features with VVER and fast reactors technology, designed to work in the long run with high efficiency of energy transformation in a closed nuclear fuel cycle with an exit with self -sufficiency of fuel.
The performance of work in this area is planned to be carried out as part of the International Forum "Generation 4".
The direction of the evolutionary development of the VVER with the spectral regulation of changes in the reactivity of the active zone in the process of fuel burnout, called VVER-S.
The VVER-S reactor is one of the options for evolutionary-modified thermal reactors that meet the requirements of the nuclear energy system in the medium term. The energy unit with VVER-S can be considered as a variant of the further evolutionary development of corps water-watering energy reactors and diversification of nuclear energy in the transitional period during the implementation of a closed nuclear fuel cycle.
The Kurchatov Institute, together with the Hydropress OKB and OJSC Atomenergoproct, completed the development of technical requirements for the VVER-S Reactor, which were submitted for consideration to the Rosenergoatom concern.
The development of world and Russian energy in the first half of the 21st century should be planned so that during the current “shale” gas respite (pauses), a holistic structure of the nuclear energy of division was created with all the necessary attributes of the nuclear fuel cycle and other structural elements necessary for the safe, environmentally acceptable, energetically and economically efficient large -scale weapon functioning in conditions of non -proliferation of nuclear weapons. The development of the JaE should be only part of the task of developing energy in general, in the best way contributing to the achievement of the common goal of energy. The purpose of the development of the YAE can be formulated in the following form: reliable, safe, environmentally acceptable, unlimited energy supply of energy required in the required amount anywhere at the desired time.
Russian designers of nuclear power plants faced the requirements of the world market in the last century during the construction of Loviza station with VVER-440 in Finland. For a long time, this station in its indicators was one of the best in the world. Participation in modern tenders for the construction of nuclear power plants in different countries allows our developers to see their omissions and not used opportunities in design. For example, our fuel is competitive in the world market. For a long time we were the leaders of the technology of separating uranium isotopes, and now more advanced modern materials and centrifuge projects have appeared and we already need to catch up with competitors. This is an iterative process. The main thing is not to lose qualified personnel and react in a timely manner to changes in world practice. The conference “Development of design and structure technology: from an idea to reality” is one of the ways to hold a pulse hand.
