It will be involved in " military, law enforcement officers, former representatives of special services ", who will also manage special operations " on the protection of Ukraine ". Already selected persons who will coordinate the activities of this movement from the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

According to her, the first territorial brigades will be created in the Kharkov, Zaporizhzhya and Dnipropetrovsk regions. It is clarified that the movement is created on the basis of the current legislation, the territorial defense units will have all the rights and opportunities provided for by law and will not be carried out by law. In addition, such territorial entities have the right to use weapons - but what legislation does this follow? But Tymoshenko announced the creation of an international fund, which will raise funds for the functioning of this movement. Private Army, yes.

The foreign policy part: Tymoshenko expects that at a four -sided meeting of Ukraine - the USA - EU - Russia in Geneva on April 17, " the world leaders will call things that are happening in Ukraine today, their names, namely that Russia on the territory of Ukraine began the war on the territory of Ukraine ." Previously, she already talked about the need for universal mobilization and called on the leaders of all states as soon as possible to apply the third level of sanctions to Russia.

But before, everything was not so unambiguous. Yes, on April 14 (Monday), Tymoshenko already believed that in the eastern regions of Ukraine it is necessary to declare a state of emergency: “ What we still call what is happening to separate terrorist shares and conduct anti -terrorist operations, makes us incapable in this difficult situation. Therefore, at the first stage, in my opinion, we must immediately declare an emergency in those areas where it really happens aggression ". Moreover, to make the decision " The account goes to the clock ." The emergency has not yet been introduced.

In an interview with the information and analytical program “Events of the Week” to “Ukraine” on Sunday evening, she said that the exit from the situation in connection with the seizure of state buildings with armed persons in the cities of Eastern Ukraine must be found without the use of force by negotiating. Having clarified that " the immediate use of force will almost certainly lead to a sufficiently large -scale bloodshed, and, most likely, to the corresponding aggression of the Russian Federation. This option is the responsible leaders of the country, in my opinion, they can’t accept it so simply. The second option is the conduct of negotiations at the highest world level. And today everyone hopes for this. If, almost the first persons of international departments, such significant players, these are significant players, this He says that the whole world is now concentrated in Ukraine and is trying to solve Ukrainian problems . "

a) Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada, acting The President of Ukraine Alexander Turchinov said on Sunday that the Council of National Security and Defense of Ukraine decided to attract military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to the anti -terrorist operation of the East of Ukraine. At the same time, he added: " We will not let Russia repeat the Crimean script in the eastern region of Ukraine ." Well, how would Tymoshenko say this without the consent of Tymoshenko.
b) on April 7, Tymoshenko " turned to representatives of the authorities" with a demand "to take effective measures to neutralize terrorists" in Kharkov, Donetsk and Lugansk. And he called on law enforcement officers to “quickly and adequately” to react to the actions of separatists in eastern Ukraine. Then it flew to Donetsk further.

The funniest was at the end. After the statements of the "resistance movement", at the same press conference, Tymoshenko said that " postponed the election campaign ." Of course, she is not octaging from the presidency: " My name remains in the ballots, I remain a participant in the election campaign. But I put aside the election campaign and I am engaged in the protection of our state, the creation of the resistance movement, the unification of all citizens who are ready to go for Ukraine ."

Everything is clear here: she does not say that in these circumstances the election must be canceled. Well, why is this project not a campaign in itself? And where, by the way, now the leader of the ratings of P. Poroshenko, how is he personally fighting for Ukraine? Again, everyone knows that the best time for Tymoshenko is some kind of mess. And for her and for "Fatherland" - as they can do not know much, but to opposition is another matter. The war, of course, will help her.
