“On the eve of Vladimir Putin’s next “direct line,” his press secretary Dmitry Peskov appears to have begun preparing public opinion for open intervention in Ukrainian affairs.
They say there are a lot of comments coming from the eastern regions of Ukraine, and residents “criticize Vladimir Putin for indecisiveness and expect active action from him.” And residents of the western regions of Ukraine accuse Russia of aggressive actions because they are “fooled by the information blockade.”
Putin has been accused of everything over the past decade and a half – but not “indecisiveness.”
