
In the Leningrad Region, a sentence from St. Petersburg was sentenced to a summer resident who sexually abused a young woman suffering from mental retardation.
The Russian femid sentenced the rapist Dmitry Ivanov to the form of four years in prison, reports the official website of the RF IC.
The court also obliged the 37-year-old Ivanov not to change the place of residence without notifying the specialized body exercising control over the behavior of the conventionally convicted. In addition, a man is obliged to appear for registration in the said department at least once a month.
As follows from the case file, on the night of August 9, 2013, Petersburger Dmitry Ivanov was in a country house located in one of the gardening of the Vsevolozhsk district. After drinking alcohol, a man "under a far -fetched pretext invited his neighbor to his house, who suffers from mental retardation and is legally incompetent." Then the attacker raped the guest in various forms.
The owner of the cottage, where a cynical crime was committed, was charged with part 1 of Art. 131 (rape) and part 2 of Art. 132 (violent actions of a sexual nature) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
