In Ukraine , the first battalion of defense of the Donbass of the National Guard was created . 600 people have already signed up in it. One of the initiators of the creation of the battalion, the captain-lieutenant of the Ukrainian Navy, Semen Semenchenko, said that his unit will be formed with the support of the National Protection Regiment of Dnepropetrovsk, which is dictated by the Apatia of Power.

- What goals does the first battalion of the defense of Donbass set itself?

- We set ourselves goals opposite to those that the separatists set for us. We want there is no seizure of administrative buildings, so that there are no other people's checkpoints, so that they would not hang foreign flags, so that people do not intimidate. We will act in accordance with the situation. All people living in the Donbass are divided into two parts - indifferent and indifferent. The indifferent, observing the situation, understand that what is happening is more complicated than it seems at first glance. At the origins of separatism in the Donbass stood the Party of Regions - its deputies, the owners of mines and enterprises initially paid these people. All this was done to agree with the central authorities. We see how the police do not fulfill its duties, how Ukrainian territory is surrendering step by step. And people have a desire to go out - as before on the Maidan. Only now for his homeland. At first, we had a desire to agree on the movement of resistance with the central authorities, but we have to fight like a fish about ice - about the Ministry of Defense, about the police that pull with decisions. They do not betray weapons, are engaged in chagistics, and at this time we see how they put checkpoints, capture administrative buildings, etc. Therefore, we had a desire to create a detachment of volunteers. Before that, we tried, of course, to do something in our regional military registration and enlistment office. There the month is the unsigned directive about the creation of our battalion. But neither the room nor the material tools are distinguished to us. We turned to other organizations, but then spat. And when the situation became threatening, we decided to do everything on our own. If we are given official status - excellent, they won’t give it - we will have to take the situation into your own hands on your own. It seems dangerous to organize the collection of people in Donetsk. We do not exclude attacks on the draftees from the part of not only separatists, but also criminals, so we decided to form in the region. Gradually, we reached the Dnepropetrovsk regional administration, which formed the Dnepropetrovsk regiment of the National Defense of the Dnipropetrovsk Region. And our battalion, called Donbass, allowed us to become part of this regiment. At the moment, we have just begun to form, about 600 people signed up for us. But in order to establish work on the charter, we will take time. In fact, we now have two plates. There is a mobilization process.

- Do you plan to act in the territory of Donbass, because the regiment, which was formed in the Dnipropetrovsk region, is designed to protect the territory of only this area?

- Yes, absolutely true. The Dnipropetrovsk region is favorably different from some other areas where small -town moods are common. Here we are not considered some strangers, here they think on the scale of Ukraine. That is why, it seems to me, they helped us. We are allowed to form, they allow us to tighten the officers, they allow you to tighten caring people who are military service. We have a platoon from residents of other areas. We have Lviv, and Sumy, and Cherkasy, there are even two people from Sevastopol. This is a problem not Donbass. This is the problem of the whole of Ukraine. Therefore, we must act in the territory of the Donetsk region, but we are formed in the territory of the Dnepropetrovsk.

- As I understand it, the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov opposed voluntary units.

“I don’t know what he spoke against.” We initially came to the military registration and enlistment office and wanted to be called to the Battalion of the territorial defense of Donbass, which was created on the basis of a decree on partial mobilization, that is, we were talking about a unit from local residents who are engaged in checkpoints, protecting administrative buildings, protecting from blocking military columns, and the struggle against illegal armed groups. This was not resolved for a month. Now I don't care what kind of Avakov’s order. Is this, instead of Ukraine, there will be an order of Avakov? I am not ready to discuss these things. They do not interest me.

- Do you agree to take the weapon in your hands and defend the Donbass?

- We agree, but we perfectly understand how the armed person from the gang differs from a person who is part of the structure with patriotic goals, where there is order. We still strive to ensure that it is as organized as possible.

- You said that the owners of the mines support the separatist movement in the Donbass. But at the same time there was a statement by miners who wrote a large letter that they were for the territorial integrity of Ukraine. How does it correlate among themselves?

- I see that many people find themselves at separatist rallies after rumors begin to dissolve. For example, that 15 percent of the salary is deducted for the restoration of the Maidan. Later there were rumors that the money was expelled to the National Guard. People from enterprises centrally brought buses to rallies. Many mayors of cities, deputies and mine owners were engaged in this. I'm not talking about all the mines. There are specific people whose names are known. In the Donbass, this is no secret to anyone. If the owners of many enterprises did not bring their workers to rallies centrally, then there would be no such mass. The process would not have passed this critical mark. What is happening now? People who were separatists frankly declare that we will reach Chop. The situation is radicalized. And at the origins of this, it was precisely people who were exposed by power and money. This is all created artificially. People did not just begin to perform. I saw it.

Therefore, I cannot say that this is extremely influence of Russia. This is at the same time the work of Russia and our work from the inside.

- Do special units of Russian troops apply in the Donbass?

- There is a couple of each creature. There are gopniks that were distributed by machine guns-more than 2 thousand trunks (basically these are pistols, but there are also machine guns from captured weapons and captured SBU). This is the first group. The second group is previously convicted, previously performed on the side of the Paria of the regions, and now involved in the separatist movement. The third group is ideological people. And the fourth are small groups of saboteurs. This is all the mishmash around the excited crowd, like grains inside the porridge.
