Then Navalny asks to call to court as witnesses of the creator of Twitter Jack Dorsy, the chief narcologist of the country Evgeny Brun, as well as the head of the City without drugs, Yevgeny Roizman, who "knows how to expose even hidden drug addicts."

On March 5, an entry appeared on the opposition Twitter: “The Haro-Russian deputy from United Russia believes that only one person can use access to LiveJournal and Twitter.” Lisovenko was offended, he sat down for a couple of weeks, then went to the doctor, received a certificate (“signs of a narcotic disease were not detected”) and filed a lawsuit on March 25. On April 18, at a meeting in the Grandmother's Court, an interrogation of the victim and the accused was an interrogation. Lisovenko answered the first.

Judge: "All this has nothing to do with the case."

Navalny raises his voice: “I have a military father. It offends me that the person who graduated from the Institute of Forest goes and says that he is a pilot since ancient times! And what is from ancient times? This is from those times when the pilots gathered around the fire and ate mushrooms? "

Then they will bicker for a long time and fiercely due to Twitter. Navalny will say that he did not violate the conditions of arrest and did not write on his Twitter. The municipal deputy Lisovenko does not like opposition. It has every right. For the sake of fighting her, he likes to contact law enforcement agencies - he clearly does not have enough struggle with political methods. For example, in October 2013, he demanded to check for compliance with the Law “On Protection of Children from Harmful Information” The material of the Higher School Professor Sergei Medvedev, published on Forbes.ru. *** This happened immediately after Vladimir Putin called Medvedev “Demoker” for his position on the Arctic. And in April of this year, the restless deputy appealed to the State Duma with a proposal to legally block all social networks in Russia whose servers are outside the Russian Federation. And now - Navalny. Thanks to the process of the deputy Lisovenko, many learned, and he is preparing for elections to the Moscow City Duma.

“If the verdict is accusatory, he will actually establish that Alexey violated the rules of house arrest, that is, he used the Internet,” says lawyer Kobzev. - And our judge in the case of Yves Rocher, Elena Korobchenko, can change his preventive measure for arrest.
