The schedule of concerts and the date of the last performance of the orchestra led by Jansons will announce the orchestra administration in the near future, according to the website of Consetgebau.
The message emphasizes that, parting, the orchestra and its main conductor maintain the best relationships and deep mutual respect.
For the first time, Marie Jansons was conducted by the Royal Orchestra Consetgebau in 1988, in 2004 he became his chief conductor. The period of the leadership of Jansons is considered one of the most successful in the history of the Chief Symphony Orchestra of the Netherlands. So, in 2008, the International Jury of Musical Critics recognized Consetgebau the best orchestra in the world.
The regulations of the Royal Orchestra Consetgebau under the direction of Marisa Jansons, published on the Rco Live orchestra’s own label, have repeatedly won international prizes.
