In relation to deputy Ponomarev, who refuses to pay the lawsuit of Skolkovo, the enforcement proceedings have begun

The metropolitan bailiffs intend to forcefully recover 2.7 million rubles from the State Duma deputy Ilya Ponomarev in favor of the Skolkovo Foundation. Information on the enforcement proceedings (forced execution of court decisions. - Note Newsru.com ), excited by the Gagarinsky department of bailiffs, appeared in the Bank for Executive Products on the website of the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP).

The executive sheet on the collection published by the bailiffs is dated to the December last year, and the bailiffs were excited a month ago - March 21, 2014.

Earlier, the Gagarinsky court of Moscow made a decision to recover money from Ponomarev in favor of Skolkovo. This happened in August last year, but the deputy refused to pay and began to challenge this decision: first in the Moscow City Court, and then in the Supreme Court of Russia.

The Moscow City Court last fall confirmed the decision of the Gagarinsky court, and on March 18 this year rejected the cassation appeal filed by Ponomarev, after which the parliamentarian appealed to the Supreme Court. Now the decision is behind him. In November last year, Ponomarev stated that if the Supreme Court decides in favor of Skolkovo, he would pay money.

Skolkovo’s lawsuit was filed to Ponomarev in April last year. Representatives of the fund accused the deputy that he did not fully fulfill his obligations to conduct paid lectures, and demanded to recover 9 million rubles from him.

The statement of claim said that the senior vice-president of the Fund Alexei Beltyukov and Ponomarev entered into 10 lectures, but the deputy spent only one of them. According to the fund, the deputy did not give the rest of the lectures in accordance with the contract: four times he made a report on the wrong topic, once he limited himself to an entrance word. According to the contract, the defendant was supposed to perform in South Korea and the USA, but there are no evidence of lectures there. In court, Ponomarev did not admit a lawsuit, saying that he had fulfilled his work completely and efficiently.

In relation to the agreement on the lectures of Beltyukov, which concluded with Ponomarev, the case of embezzlement was opened. According to the Investigative Committee, the official illegally handed over to the deputy from the fund of the fund 750 thousand dollars, veiling this transaction with a payment of lectures and scientific work.

Despite the lawsuit, in December last year, Ponomarev stated that he continued to cooperate with the fund. “I work and work with Skolkovo. I work with startups,” he explained.
