It is impossible to explain either with logic or common sense that /! / In Syktyvkar makes streets, sidewalks and yards dirty. During and after the snow melting, black mud covers the roadway, remains in the pits of the roads, pedestrians “jump” through the mud seas and lakes, and cars are washed down with a characteristic “paint”. Then all this rubbish turns into sand storms and settles on the hair, teeth, eyes, falls into the lungs, flies into open windows of apartments and settles on washed windowsills, curtains, floors and furniture.
There is no feeling that in our city all issues of landscaping of urban soils and lawns are positive and professional; that there is and implement the law "On city soils"; that issues of ecology, clean air and clean space are solved for the good of all residents of Syktyvkar.
I recall from the read: “How long is it to wait for changes for the better?”, The answer is “if you wait, then for a long time.”
