In the Kemerovo region, a preliminary investigation of a criminal case of the murder of a woman, to whom the civil husband of the victim was involved, was completed. The motive for reprisals was that the woman drank an alcoholic drink, stored by the head of the family to combat a hangover.

A 34-year-old resident of the village of Tisim appeared before the court. He was charged with Part 4 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (intentional infliction of serious harm to health, dangerous to human life, resulting in his death by negligence). According to investigators, in February 2014, the suspect brought beer home and told his civilian wife so that she would not touch him, because in the evening he "will hurt from a hangover." After that, the man went to drink alcohol with friends.

Police captain stabbed his wife
