Konstantin Lebedev was released by parole

The Lefortovo Court of Moscow freed Constantine Lebedev on parole convicted for two and a half years on charges of preparing the riots, RIA Novosti reports.

Judge Margarita Kotova granted Lebedev’s petition, supported by the administration of the pre -trial detention center, where he was still serving his sentence. The case against Lebedev was allocated into separate production, he pleaded guilty to prepare riots and was convicted of a special order. On April 23 last year, the Moscow City Court sentenced him to two and a half years in a general regime colony.

Lebedev, asking about Udo, noted that he repented of his deed and during the serving of his sentence did not receive any penalties. According to him, he has enough sent punishment, he made the corresponding conclusions. “Any freedom, all kinds of riots, life at the expense of foreign governments - in the past. Now I will be honest,” he announced to the judge. His lawyer noted that in the conclusion of Lebedev, good relations with the employees of the Federal Antimonopoly Service and with cellmates had developed, so the administration of the isolator supported the application for early liberation. The insulator noted that the prisoner is “polite, negatively refers to the criminal world, complies with the rules, fulfills the duties of the room on duty”.

The FSIN also supported the request of the convict, but the prosecutor's office considered that the goals of the appointed Lebedev were not punished, and opposed his parole.

The meeting took no more than ten minutes, none of the 82 victims that the court notified at the meeting appeared.

In the case against Leonid Razvoszhaev and Sergey Udaltsov, who is now listening to the Moscow City Court, Lebedev is taking place as a witness to the prosecution. Speaking at the process in March, he testified against his associates, repeating his testimony in the Moscow City Court, data at the investigation.

Lebedev said that together with Udaltsov and Razvozzhev, he has prepared riots in Russia since 1999. He also spoke about the financing of the preparation of riots by Givi Targamadze. To prepare the protest, the Georgian politician allegedly issued Udaltsov 30-40 thousand dollars monthly. This money went on trips to the regions, the seal of campaign materials and salaries to activists.

Unlike previous testimonies, Lebedev said in the courtroom that Udaltsov and Razvozhaev "were preparing activists, but not for riots, but to protect the tent camp." According to his version, voiced in court, the events in Bolotnaya Square developed spontaneously, the defendants did not lead them.

The organizers of the rally planned to arrange Micromaidan in Bolotnaya Square, Lebedev said. According to him, the riots arose "because of the irresponsible actions of the liberal junta." Lebedev showed that Udaltsov proposed to stay after the rally, but members of the organizing committee Alexei Navalny, Evgenia Chirikov, Boris Nemtsov and Harry Kasparov insisted on a sedentary strike. They planned to break through to the large stone bridge, Lebedev noted.
