FSIN asks to arrest Navalny

The state prosecution is asked by the Zamoskvoretsky court of Moscow to arrest the accused in the case of the theft in the company "Yves" Alexei Navalny.

It is reported that the representative of the Federal Penitentiary Service (FSIN) today staged a Navalny detention in connection with the violation of the conditions of house arrest. In turn, the prosecutor asked to leave the opposition under house arrest. Later, the prosecutor’s office changed its opinion, according to the Navalny microblog on Twitter.

The criminal case of fraud in the company "Yves Rocher" was instituted in December 2012. According to investigators, Alexei and Oleg Navalny stole about 55 million rubles, which the Yves Rocher company transferred for transport services a Navali company previously created by Alexei. Brothers are not pleading guilt.
