The Dom.ru telecom operator, according to the Netindex service on April 22, is recognized as the most speedy Internet provider of Russia. The average Internet access speed for Dom.ru subscribers is 50.75 Mbps, which is twice as much as the all -Russian indicator (23.8 Mbps).
