The chairman of the State Duma Committee on Economic Policy, Igor Rudensky, appealed to the Lublin court of Moscow with a lawsuit to protect honor and dignity against the leader of the progress party, Alexei Navalny. This was reported by RAPSI with reference to the press service of the unicorn.
Rudensky asks the court to recognize the information widespread about him that is not true and oblige the defendant to refute it. The plaintiff does not present material requirements.
"The opposition claimed that Igor Rudensky allegedly did not indicate a land plot in the Istra district of the Moscow Region in his declaration for 2012, and thereby violated the legislation. This issue was considered at a meeting of the State Duma Commission to control the income and expenses of deputies, and no violations were revealed," the report said. At the same time, as noted, Navalny continued to replicate the information that does not correspond to reality.
On Thursday, the Lublin court of Moscowsatisfied the similar claim for the Navalny Vice-Spiker of the State Duma from "United Russia" by Sergey Neva Ryzov. The court ordered the defendant within 10 days to refute the information about the undeclared plots of the land in the country of Neverov. How Navalny can do this, given that under the terms of house arrest he is prohibited from Internet access, and his blog in LJ is blocked, the court did not specify.
Neverov filed a lawsuit to protect the honor and dignity of April 2. At the same time, he also did not require material compensation.

On December 4, the State Duma Commission on income control refused to check in detail the income of Nevarov and Rudensky .
Neverov and Rudensky are members of the Subanary Square Partnership, which is located in the Istra district of the Moscow Region.
