War in Ukraine. April 25th

Russia has established the border between the annexed Crimea and mainland Ukraine. Prices on the peninsula, assured the occupation administration, will continue to grow, since the region has entered a stronger economy. Meanwhile, US Secretary of State John Kerry said the window for changing Russia is closing and the United States is “ready to act”.
