In the Donetsk region, at the airport in the city of Kramatorsk, in addition to the Mi-8 helicopter, the An-2 aircraft burned down. This was reported by the media with reference to the director of the airfield Dmitry Pyushkin. According to him, the aircraft commander suffered, the airfield building was damaged. Pyatshkin suggested that what happened is a sabotage act committed by Russian troops.

An investigation is being conducted. Police, prosecutors and representatives of the Emergency Service work at the scene.

Earlier it was reported that the Mi-8 helicopter exploded at the Kramatorsk airfield as a result of a sniper shot at Baku with fuel.
