Refutation

In accordance with the decision of the Presnensky District Court of Moscow of December 13, 2013 and the ruling of the Moscow City Court of April 22, 2014 (punctuation and spelling retained):

“The article “Plagiarists in robes” in issue No. 36–37 (304) of the New Times magazine dated November 11, 2013, on pages 34–37, denigrates the honor and dignity of Yury Fedorovich Bespalov and Dmitry Viktorovich Gordeyuk, violates their right to a name, personal life, type of activity and profession, provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Evidence testifying to the commission of offenses, violations of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the intellectual sphere, and other legislation and moral standards Bespalov Yu.F. and Gordeyuk D.V. not available.

On April 23, 2004, the Dissertation Council adopted decision No. 5 on awarding the degree of candidate of legal sciences to Gordeyuk Dmitry Viktorovich.

The dissertation council established the compliance of the thesis of Gordeyuk Dmitry Viktorovich with the requirements of paragraph 7.8 of the Regulations on the procedure for awarding academic degrees, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 30.01. CT No. 127115. Dissertation of Gordeyuk D.V. passed the scientific examination for compliance with the requirements of the legislation.

The supervisor, Bespalov Yuriy Fedorovich, did not establish D.V. Gordeyuk in his dissertation. on the topic: "The place of residence of the child: problems of theory and practice", defended in 2004 by incorrect borrowings from his doctoral dissertation: "Theoretical and practical problems of realizing family rights of the child in the Russian Federation."

The article is aimed at belittling the honor and dignity of scientists and judges Gordeyuk D.V. and Bespalov Yu.F., harms their other intangible benefits.”
