On April 23, 2004, the Dissertation Council adopted decision No. 5 on awarding the degree of candidate of legal sciences to Gordeyuk Dmitry Viktorovich.
The dissertation council established the compliance of the thesis of Gordeyuk Dmitry Viktorovich with the requirements of paragraph 7.8 of the Regulations on the procedure for awarding academic degrees, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 30.01. CT No. 127115. Dissertation of Gordeyuk D.V. passed the scientific examination for compliance with the requirements of the legislation.
The supervisor, Bespalov Yuriy Fedorovich, did not establish D.V. Gordeyuk in his dissertation. on the topic: "The place of residence of the child: problems of theory and practice", defended in 2004 by incorrect borrowings from his doctoral dissertation: "Theoretical and practical problems of realizing family rights of the child in the Russian Federation."
The article is aimed at belittling the honor and dignity of scientists and judges Gordeyuk D.V. and Bespalov Yu.F., harms their other intangible benefits.”
