In the collision of cars with oil trucks near Samara, four people were killed

As a result of an accident in the Samara region, four people were killed, Interfax reports with reference to the regional Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

According to the agency, the accident occurred on the night of April 30 on the 113rd kilometer of the Ulyanovsk-Dmitrovgrad-Samara highway. The driver of the VAZ-2114 car allowed a trip to the oncoming lane and a collision with Volvo oil equipment. The passenger car caught fire, the driver and three passengers died on the spot. The oil industry driver was not injured.

After the collision, the oil spacing rolled over, oil spilled from the tank on an area of ​​100 square meters. Police officers are taking measures to eliminate the consequences of an accident.
