Beats, the cause of which was hatred on a national basis, are recorded in 11 regions. At the same time, only eight have been issued for racist crimes for racist crimes.

Earlier, the employees of the Center for Sova reported that at least 29 people were injured on the basis of xenophobia and national hatred, seven of them were killed. In March alone, at least 13 people in Moscow, the Moscow and Irkutsk regions suffered from the attacks of the ultra -right. In the capital, right -wing radicals several times arranged "stripping" in the subway, beating people of "non -Russian nationality". The ultra -right are activated in connection with the latest events in Ukraine and the accession of Crimea, human rights activists suggest. In their opinion, the question of amendments to the law on citizenship became important. Recall that these amendments establish a simplified procedure for obtaining citizenship of the Russian Federation by foreign citizens and stateless persons living or living in the territory of the Russian Federation, the USSR or the Russian Empire and recognized native speakers of the Russian language. Experts criticized the law, warning that new rules can increase the flow of migrants to Russia and aggravate interethnic friction.

There are more extremist crimes in Russia

Experts argue that in the form of nationalism, including radical, the discontent of citizens is often expressed by socio-economic living conditions.

Meanwhile, at the end of April, in an annual report to the Federation Council, Prosecutor General of Russia, Yuri Chaika, said that the number of registered extremist crimes is increasing in Russia. “The problem of the spread of radical ideas is still a topical - primarily among young people,” he emphasized.
