In Moscow, on the second anniversary of the Million Millions, an inconsistent popular gathering in support of the "swamp prisoners" was held on the second anniversary. According to the correspondent of "faces", about 300 people took part in it.
There were a large number of police officers on the square, but there were no mass detentions for the rally. In total, two participants in the gathering were detained. According to the ATS-Info, this is James Ellis and Maria Goncharova. They had posters "Police, be people!" And "Freedom to prisoners of fascist concentration camps!"
Both detainees were delivered to OP Khamovniki. The protocols are drawn up on them under Part 1 of Article 19.3 (disobedience to the legal request of the policeman) and part 5 of Article 20.2 (violation of the procedure for holding a public event). According to the first of these articles, Ellisa and Goncharova threatens up to 15 days of arrest.

Initially, on the anniversary of the overclocking of the marsh of millions, the Committee of Protest Affairs planned to arrange a procession on Bolshaya Yakimanka with a subsequent rally on Bolotnaya. However, the Moscow City Hall refused the organizers to agree on the action, proposing in return to limit themselves to one rally on Sakharov Avenue. The committee of protest actions expressed his readiness to abandon the procession, but continued to insist on Bolotnaya as the place of the rally. On April 30, officials sent the organizers the final refusal to coordinate. After that, a number of oppositionists announced his intention to go to Bolotnaya inconsistently.
Earlier on Tuesday, 12 civilian activists were published on a pedestrian Luzhkov bridge next to the Banner of Banner "Russia NOT Prison" and "Freedom of the political prisoners!" They also lit fireers. All participants in the action, as well as the journalist Andrei Zubets, who shot it, were detained and delivered to the OP "Yakimanka". They issued protocols under Articles 19.3 and 20.2. In the evening, the Zamoskvoretsky district court of the capital sentenced two participants in the action - Maxim Chekanov and Ildar Dadin - by 5 and 15 days of arrest, respectively.
