Who benefits from the demolition of the house in the center of Khabarovsk?
In "Stalin" on the street in Khabarovsk, Yuri and Nina Chernichkov lived for 35 years. Last summer, when a powerful flood collapsed to Khabarovsk, the artisan street turned out to be one of the most injured. At the ink, the apartment of which is located on the ground floor, in the rooms the water stood at the level of 42 centimeters.
Yuri Chernichkov even left a mark in the corner of one of the rooms. However, now, in addition to her, and even a slightly swollen jamb on the door of a natural disaster in the apartment, nothing resembles. Nevertheless, the house of the ink was recognized as emergency and subject to demolition. And the married couple does not want to leave. Why?

The wife of Yuri, Nina, was allocated an apartment, since the house to be demolished on a craft is her only housing. However, they gave her a one -room apartment away from the city center. That is, in fact, 66-year-old inks are evicted from a three-room apartment in a house near the center of Khabarovsk to a one-room on the outskirts. Attempts to ensure that they at least be provided with a large apartment turned out to be unsuccessful. In a similar situation, other residents of the house. However, the problem is not only in the unequal of previous and new housing.
The flood commission made a “Stalin” conclusion, in which the Chernichkovs live, on September 17, when the water did not even finally leave the microdistrict. Now, according to the residents, the basement is completely dry, and only the strip on the facade of the house resembles the flood itself. Yuri Chernichkov - the builder in the specialty - says that everything is in order with the building and that now it is not in the worst state than before the flood.
Yuri Chernichkov shows the kipa of the authorities to his letters. In a letter on behalf of the Minister of Construction of the Khabarovsk Territory Andrei Popov, it is reported that the city interdepartmental commission makes decisions on the suitability of residential buildings after the flood - and other local governments and executive bodies are not entitled to revise or cancel them. If residents do not agree, they have the right to contact an independent expert organization. If its conclusion is positive, it will be possible to contact the city authorities with a statement to conduct a second examination. However, the residents have not yet been able to achieve a second official examination of the house.

The residents of the house in the craft 21 have already ordered an independent examination. It costs more than 30 thousand rubles, but people hope that, in its results, they will be able to contact city officials with a request to revise the decision to demolish the building.
However, according to Nina Chernichkova, they are going to demolish their house not at all because of concern about the safety of people: "They want to demolish our homes, but here to build large, elite, which will bring them a lot of money. It is just that this land is needed."
Earlier in an interview with the local media, the head of the architecture and design work department of the Ministry of Construction of the Khabarovsk Territory, Alexander Selemenev, noted that in the houses on the craft “everything is very bad with foundations, the soils are rounded” and other free sites for construction - in addition to the territory remote from the center on the street. Malinovsky - according to the ministry, is not in Khabarovsk, so the “floods” cannot offer anything closer to the center.
Amendments related to the floods to the Town Planning Code will be adopted only in April next year. It is known that so far in the city program for demolition and resettlement in connection with the flood - 96 residential buildings.
