Gomophobic attractiveness in Russia

It is generally accepted that Russia has nothing to offer the post -Soviet countries and Moscow has no attractive project that could master the minds and hearts of the masses, contributing to the success of integration undertakings. Therefore, they fail - one after another. There are no new technologies ahead of the Western. Have you ever seen a Russian mobile phone? Yes, they heard about such a miracle - with two screens, but did not see. And it rushed.

True, Russian fighters and systems are “in no way inferior” and even, they say, are superior, but it is neither hot or cold from them to ordinary townsfolk. At least for the time being. What can we say about the countries with which Russia fought, for example, about Georgia?

Nevertheless, recently, Moscow still has a project that was very attractive to a significant part of the Georgians. This is evidenced by a violent discussion, which unfolded in society and parliament regarding the so -called anti -discrimination law. Its essence is simple: any discrimination on the basis of race, skin, floor color, and so on, up to sexual orientation, is prohibited. No one hides that the adoption of this law is an EU strict condition to introduce a visa -free regime with Georgia. “Do you want to travel around Europe without visas, like Moldovans? Accept the law against discrimination! " - They say European officials during the Culuar Communication with Georgian colleagues.

But significant - moreover, the most influential - part of the public, such a “gesheft” considers an insult and attempt on the basis of the foundations of national identity. In the forefront of the struggle against the “legalization of Sodom sin”, of course, representatives of the Georgian Orthodox Church, headed by Patriarch Eliya II. He had already addressed the parliament not to adopt the law and achieved that the consideration of the government initiative in the second reading has so far posted.

During the discussion of the bill in the Parliamentary Committee on Human Rights, a detachment of hierarchs of the GRC came there. Having threatened the deputies and representatives of human rights NPOs by excommunication, the priests arranged a demarche, jointly leaving the meeting of the committee "in protest against the unheard of immorality of deputies." Hundreds of activists of the Union of Orthodox parents, ready to break into the building at any moment, were waiting for them at the door of parliament.

In general, Georgian priests are a formidable political force: on the eve of the fateful Saakashvili and his teams of the 2012 parliamentary elections, thousands of priests first entered the streets of Tbilisi, arranging a march in four city directions at once and thereby depicting the cross. So they protested against the rape of prisoners in the Gldan prison number eight. Mishiko, therefore lost those elections that lost the support of the Orthodox Church, the most authoritative institution in the country.

And on May 17 last year, the priests were taken to the Central Capital Avenue named after Rustaveli hundreds of thousands of parishioners to prevent the LGBT parade planned on World Tolerance Day. A huge angry crowd, led by clergymen armed with stools, was chasing a dozen gays with multi -colored flags. The police barely managed to save them from imminent death, hastily evacuating on a specially added minibus (as it was, you can see here and here ).

The most interesting thing in this story is the constant mention of all the interested parties of Russia as a planetary leader in the salvation of mankind from the Sodom Fire. In fact, the requirement of the Church and “Orthodox parents” to remove from the list of vulnerable categories of the concepts of “sexual minorities” and “sexual orientation” is consonant with the spirit of the Russian “antigerian legislation”. The arguments are the same: the inadmissibility of the propaganda of homosexuality and the ban on the profession: school, kindergarten, police, penitentiary system and so on.

Finally, the chairman of the parliament, the Republican and Liberal David Usupashvili said that the anti -abscription law is “the choice between Europe and Russia”. That is, those who are against gays - for Russia, and opponents of the law - for integration in the EU and a happy European future. The predecessor of Usupashvili as speaker Nino Burjanadze replied that if the question is just like that, "there is no doubt in the choice of the vast majority of the Georgian people." Of course, for Russia!

It is difficult to argue with her, since no “software” and operating systems for smartphones can outweigh for the Caucasian who is mentally sensitive to everything regarding the “main instinct”, the fundamental value of its gender identity.

“We do not want European Europe,” the church departments say loudly these days, hinting at the French law on same -sex marriages, causing a particularly burning rejection. But another Europe is practically not. There is a single -faith Russia where same -sex marriages are impossible by definition. And there is Vladimir Putin with his underlying idea “Davi Gays”, gradually, but steadily mastering the masses of “macho” to the same extent as the ideas of social equality and class struggle of the last century.

At least in the Anti -General movement of the conservative majority, under the leadership of the most powerful public institution - the Orthodox Church - is already openly openly advocated for the international union with fraternal and unique Russia, offering a bright path of salvation from Sodom sin.

Fifty or ten righteous people who are ready to join polite Orthodox people in green camouflage will not have to be sought in Georgia. There are already much more of them.
