The man fired at a polling station in the Donetsk region

In the Proletarsky district of the Donetsk region, the man fired directly at the polling station, where a referendum on the status of the region, which is carried out by supporters of federalization, is taking place. It is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the chairman of the CEC "Federalists" Roman Lygina.

According to him, an unknown man fired several times at the ceiling from traumatic weapons, after which he was neutralized.

Lyagin noted that in addition to this case, no serious provocations during the vote in the Donetsk region were recorded.

Earlier it was reported that in the city of Novoaidar of the Lugansk region, fighters of the National Guard of Ukraine defeated the "people's" territorial election commission and blocked the entrances to the polling stations. No one was injured.
