
The heads of VTB banks, Sberbank and the Federal Fund for Assistance to the Development of Housing Construction will report on their income. The corresponding decision was signed by Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev. The document is published on the government website. In total, the list includes 29 organizations.
In addition, the list of organizations created to fulfill the tasks set before the government has changed. In particular, the functions of the sole executive body of OJSC Rusnano were received by RUSNANO Management Company LLC. Thus, managers and applicants for leading positions of the companies are also required to present information about income, expenses, property and property obligations.
The law obliging members of the Government to submit to the tax authorities information about their earnings, income of spouses and minor children has been in force since 2008. A year later, similar rules were introduced against the head of state and the most senior members of the presidential administration. From last year, officials should, among other things, also report on expenses.
Since 2014, the declarations will be checked by the president’s management to counteract corruption, which was created in 2013.
Last year, the declarations of expenses were filed by 14,400 Russian officials. According to reports, the Kremlin checked 9,500 declarations of high -ranking persons, and eight people were dismissed as a result. In total, 300 officials lost their work with the formulation “due to the loss of confidence”, another 500 candidates for the occupying of appropriate posts were refused.
