Is the government army entitled to conduct hostilities against armed rebels? From a formal-legal point of view, everything is simple here. If the rebel wears identification signs of his "illegal formation", he can apply for the status of a combatant. If it does not wear, he is just a bandit. In both cases, for the government army, he is an armed opponent, which means a legitimate goal.

However, since we are talking about the shedding of human blood, a normal person cannot help but think about how to avoid it. He cannot but take into account the reasons that prompted the rebels to take up weapons. And he inevitably asks the question: maybe the requirements of the rebels are fair and they just need to yield? There is the highest justice that is higher than the formal law. And if for the sake of the celebration of a formal law it is required to destroy the fair part of the population of the rebellious territory, then maybe such a law?

And when the Kremlin propaganda shouts about the inhabitants of the south-east of Ukraine brought to despair, the normal person wonders: how and when the "bloody Kiev junta" managed to bring the inhabitants of the southeast to despair? Did the rebels be forced to take up weapons because they were deprived of the opportunity to achieve tax autonomy with the help of rallies and processions? The punishers of the "Bloody junta" dispersed at least one "Antikiev" rally in at least one city?

The Bloody executioners of the Kyiv junta did not disperse the “peaceful protesters” even when they came to city and regional administrations with bits and stones, when they knocked out glasses there, broke furniture and pulled office equipment. Meanwhile, the "anti -Maidanists" relied on violence initially. Even before the overthrow of Yanukovych, they formed the groups of "titles" attacking the supporters of the Maidan. They purposefully sought to cut off ways to resolve political conflicts with other means.

That is why the captures and pogroms of state institutions began in the east of Ukraine with the very first rallies against the new Kyiv authorities. At first, they tried to present the case so that it was splated out claims that had accumulated among the population to crooks and thieves in the local authorities. But it was in the apparatus of the local authorities, formed under Yanukovych, the pogromers found the most reliable political roof.

Nevertheless, state institutions were seized, smashed, robbed. Then, not knowing what to do with them, they left. Then they captured again. It would seem, why again and again to storm administrative buildings that no one defended when the local authorities were ready to give in all the requirements of the “rebels” and even support them? Why switch to machine guns and machine guns, when there were enough ordinary sticks for any capture? This question can be only one rational answer: the group who led the “protest movement” of the group deliberately provoked Kyiv to the use of weapons. The atmosphere of mutual hatred was purposefully created, in which physical reprisals against opponents become the norm of life.

It is hatred that is inspired by the "pro -Russian" movement in the east of Ukraine. Separate Russophobes participate in the "Maidan" movement. They are quite loud on the Internet, but in general this movement has never been anti -Russian. But the pro -Russian movement, whose ideology was "rashism", initially anti -Ukrainian. For him, not only Ukraine is an illegal state, but also Ukrainians - an illegal nation that illegally saved from the Great Russian people. Any "Ukrainian" causes a rashist hatred. And this hatred splashes out not only on the Internet, but also on the streets.

Political violence, from attacks on rallies of opponents to the defeat of objectionable newspapers, is a norm of state life for a rashist. Just like the "referendums from the bankashovsky." Any vote is only "a form of legitimization of really prevailing power relations." But the main task that the rebels are trying to solve, provoking bloodshed and playing another farce with a referendum is to create an excuse for a full -scale Russian invasion. They know well that without him they can not hold the seized power either with constitutional means or armed force. Because they represent a deliberate minority. Active, very aggressive, but still a minority. And the Ukrainian army not only has the right, but is also obliged to protect the other part of the population from terror from the armed minority.

In fact, this minority acts as a treacherous fifth column, opening the gates of the enemy army. It acts as the avant -garde of this army in the world war, which was untied by the Kremlin Hitler. The war for the destruction of all the systems developed by the centuries of international law, for the power redrawing of the borders and the return of the imperial sphere of influence.

Previously, every empire sought to capture as many colonies as possible. For the sake of prestige and status. Then it was recognized directly to the captured to possess the captured. The colonies were partially released, and the empires began to build spheres of influence: each sought to declare a certain territory along with the states located on it and the peoples living on it with the zone of their exceptional interests, which it could dispose of. The formation of such zones of interests is usually explained by the rivalry of powers for resources. But not everything comes down to this. The USSR contained its sphere of influence at a clear loss to itself. The motives were purely ideological, that is, the same prestigious. However, since the time of the American President Woodlo Wilson, another concept of international relations has been imprisoned: the concept of an integral world, in which all countries and peoples are equal and sovereign, act according to the unified rules established by the rules, and direct military intervention in the affairs of any country is allowed only in situations internationally recognized as extreme.

After the collapse of the Soviet Empire and its sphere of influence, it seemed that it was this model of the world order that would soon triumph. Today, Putin began the war for the return of the world to a state where strong powers in acute rivalry with each other divide peoples into zones of their exceptional dominance. Just as mafia groups are divided "according to the concepts" of the territory. It is for such a world order that the rebels of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions fight today. And the Ukrainian army has the right to provide armed resistance to the return of such a world order.

At the heart of the revenge woken by the Putin regime is an insatiable thirst to have a zone of its own exceptional dominance. An integral feature of Russian traditionalism is the internal swivel, the desire to "build" others. Often without any benefit for yourself. Disinterested. Out of love for art. For all its false Orthodoxy, Rashism is an idolatic cult, the subject of worship in which is a boot. The same Orwell boot stepping on the face of the enemy.

Rashists are offended by their opponents (rashism is generally an ideology forever all offended) for refusing them to strive for dominance. After all, everyone in the world is striving for him. And in the struggle for him they make others. Only Russia, unlike the soulless West, even makes these meanness noble and honestly. Russian propaganda is lying, not trying to disguise his lies with the appearance of believable. Russia openly sends green men to its “zone of interests” and gives local rebels the latest weapons, while the hypocritical West insidiously distributes pies on the Maidan.

The struggle for dominance really exists. And humanity has lost many millions of lives before the rules were recognized that limit the methods of this struggle for the distribution of pies on the Maidan. Putin pushes us back to the world where machine guns and grenade launchers are distributed. It is for such a world that Donbass rebels fight. The heroic-romantic world of machine guns against the wretched, bourgeois, bourgeois world of pies. You can say so. And you can do it differently. The world of barbarism is against the world of civilization. And the Ukrainian army has the right to protect the world of civilization from barbarism on its advancing.

The other day, a group of Russian human rights activists called for a dialogue between Kiev and rebels with the prospect of creating the UN peacekeeping forces. Perhaps this is a way out.
