The Bank of Russia set the euro exchange rate at the level of 47.6173 rubles, reducing it compared to the previous day by 39 kopecks. At the same time, the Central Bank lowered the dollar to 17 kopecks, up to 34.7090 rubles.

Since the beginning of May, the European currency in Russia has fallen in a total of 1.7 rubles, and the American one more than a ruble.
On the foreign exchange of the Moscow Exchange on May 14, by the middle of the day, the euro fell in price by 9 kopecks, up to 47.6285 rubles, and the dollar - almost 14 kopecks, up to 34.7150 rubles. In the morning, 34.69 rubles have been made on Wednesday with American currency, which is a minimum over the past three months, and the euro has decreased to 47.57 rubles. The strengthening of the Russian currency over the past few days contributes to the sale of revenue by exporters before the next tax payment period. Investors also count on the gradual settlement of the political crisis in Ukraine.
