I see the indigenous problem of Russia in the fact that it retreated from its mission - to be the third Rome, cutting its mission to the "stronghold of Orthodoxy", which is the main, but not all. It turned out: folk Isihasm , a great power, a strong army and a society for which the perfect world is more important than real. But Rome actually did not turn out.
How is Rome unique? For a Christian, the answer is obvious. The embodied God signed up in Rome, making it a state Ubrus. Moreover, this was the first thing his earthly life!
But why did Rome chose Rome with His state, what is common between them? In Avramic religions, a person has a part of the universe and at the same time all the universe through God's nature. This God-likeness reaches the highest point in Christianity, when for his sake God the father sacrifices His Son. So, Rome contains the same idea: the Roman is an element of Rome and at the same time the whole Rome through his citizenship (civil valves).
Let's just say: in Christianity, man is equal to God (Psalm 81: 6, John 10: 34) , in Rome a citizen is equal to the state. Moreover, the closer a person to God, the higher His humility, the more a citizen is equal to the state, the stronger his self -sacrifice. In a completely different way in non-Avarous religions, where a person is nothing before the gods, and in all states-except Rome and his heirs-the mighty weakness of their subjects.
Well, the exclusivity of Rome from a secular point of view is visible from the words denoting the advanced state structure: civilization, citizenship, citizen, civil virtues, civil society, civil law, etc. - all of them are derived from Civis - characteristic of Rome.
The unclaimed Christ -like eternal Roman statehood fit into the West, giving rise to “civilized states”. They now have political pagans who have the benefits of civilization, and with them a semi -cybated Russia.
Note. In Russia, man becomes equal to the state in the domestic wars and, perhaps, in the Time of Troubles. The rest of the time, "without a piece of paper, he is a bouquet, and with a piece of paper - a man."
